Our client is looking for a Land Development Manager, who is experienced working within the South Western Ontario corridor. This position has the option to be based in a potential upcoming new office location in the London Ontario area or the option to be 100% remote. This is a key critical role that has been newly created to grow business and team dedicated to land development residential and site plan projects with a particular focus in London, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will develop and manage land development opportunities, project scope, fee and deliverable commitments to clients, and project financials, in coordination with Project and Program Managers.
• You will grow and develop a project administration team.
• You will correspond with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 10 years land development project management and/or land development operations management experiences.
• You are an P.ENG / licensed Professional Engineer, Civil or similar discipline 
• You have a valid Class G driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• You are experienced and knowledgeable in subdivision and site plan development, design of sewers, stormwater management, watermains, roads, lot grading and earthworks.
• You are familiar with regional design standards and approval criteria.
• You are self-motivated, independent and entrepreneurial.
• You understand the strategy of land development design and approvals
• You possess strong leadership qualities.
• You possess strong customer service skills and organizational skills
